TrueScho Bio Lab is an interactive web application that lets you explore the inner architecture of biological cells in real-time 3D. Rotate, slice, and isolate organelles. Compare cell types side by side. Move smoothly between an overview of the cell and a focused look at a single organelle — all from your browser, no install required.

What you can do

• Explore animal, plant, bacterial, neural, muscle, and epithelial cells in 3D
• Inspect organelles — see their roles, locations, and biological notes
• Compare two cell types side-by-side to spot differences
• Switch view modes between mesh and focus, with optional cross-sections
• Track progress with a built-in mastery meter

How it's built

The studio is built on the open-source Cell Architecture Studio project (MIT licensed), customized and hosted by TrueScho. The 3D engine is powered by Three.js and React Three Fiber. Some 3D models are derived from public scientific datasets (NIH BioArt).
